An Agricultural Land investment and plantation returns every 5 yrs.

Investment of $5 Million for a period of 20 yrs, returns every 5 yrs with principal and
interest. I do not have any collateral at this moment, I can provide 85-90 % as
collateral as soon as i buy this 500 acres of land worth $4.5Million.
10-15 % of $5M is sufficient for working capital for 5yrs. If Joint venture partnership
collateral is not a problem as the assets will be in the partnership firm, as well one can
carry the registered doc's for security as any investors problem of security.
